Changes to reservation terms:

An extension to a reservation will be at the booked rate but subject to unit availability. Departing early may not be refunded.

Cancellation and refund policy:

All cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival date. In the unlikely event of a late cancellation or a no show, the first nights accommodation will be charged to the registered credit card unless room can be re-sold..
All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing.
We will hold credit card details pending quest arrival.

Smoking:

All areas inside the complex are strictly no smoking. Areas for smoking are provided with an ashtray outside.
In the event of a unit been smoked in, we reserve the right to charge the registered guest for professional cleaning and any loss of revenue the may occur.

Pets:

No pets allowed.

Property Damage:

Reckless behavior the results in damage to the property an loss of any revenue will be at the cost of the registered guest.

Bookings:

Credit card details will be taken when reservations is made.
Payment in full on arrival.
Eftpos and all major credit cards and acceptable.
Extra person will be charged at $20 per night.
Cots are available on request.
